Harris County Jury Awards $48,080 in Rear-End Collision

A vehicle collision occurred on August 28, 2016, on W Parker Road in Harris County, Texas. The defendant reportedly failed to control her vehicle's speed and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. As a result, the plaintiff sustained serious injuries to the neck and lower back, including multiple disc herniations, and required medical treatment, including epidural steroid injections.
