Our lawyer matching service connects users with participating attorneys based on historical case data and practice area fit. By using this service:
- You consent to sharing the information you provide (name, contact information, injury and accident details) with one or more participating attorneys.
- You understand that Verdictly does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any attorney or law firm.
- You understand that an attorney-client relationship is not formed through Verdictly. Any such relationship is formed directly between you and the attorney you choose to retain.
- Attorneys who appear on our platform may have a business relationship with Verdictly, including referral arrangements.
User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site using automated tools without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
- Use the Site to engage in any form of spam, harassment, or abuse
Intellectual Property

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Verdictly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verdictly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
