Dallas Jury Awards $10,443 in Rear-End Collision

On February 24, 2016, a customer-service representative was driving on Interstate 635, near Denton Drive, in Dallas, Texas, when their vehicle was struck from the rear by another vehicle. The impact propelled the plaintiff's vehicle forward, causing it to strike a preceding vehicle. The plaintiff claimed to have suffered injuries to their back and neck as a result of the collision.
