Houston Court Finds Negligence, Awards $26,105 for Property Damage

On March 27, 2024, a motor vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Alabama and Fannin Streets in Houston, Texas. The defendant's vehicle collided with another vehicle after the defendant allegedly failed to safely change lanes, causing the second vehicle to crash into a building. The plaintiff, an insurance company, filed a subrogation lawsuit against the defendant after paying its insured for the property damage.
