Harris County Jury Issues Defense Verdict in Rear-End Collision

A rear-end collision occurred on July 9, 2018, in Harris County, Texas, leading to a lawsuit filed by the occupants of the struck vehicle against the driver of the trailing vehicle. The plaintiffs alleged the defendant failed to control his speed while they slowed for traffic on Louetta Road, resulting in the collision. They claimed the defendant received a citation for failure to control speed and that his negligence caused them serious injuries.
