Case Overview
On April 23, 2017, a minor passenger sustained injuries in a rear-end collision in Roosevelt, Hempstead, New York. A secondary vehicle was positioned directly behind the host vehicle. The defendant's vehicle, traveling behind the secondary vehicle, struck it from the rear, pushing it forward into the host vehicle.

The minor plaintiff reportedly sustained injuries including thoracic, lumbar, and cervical spine sprains/strains, and right shoulder tendonitis. The defendant generally denied all allegations of negligence.
