Fulton County Jury Finds Split Liability in Intersection Crash, Awards $1,226

On January 19, 2017, in Fulton County, Georgia, a collision occurred on Courtland Street when the defendant, driving on Renaissance Parkway, allegedly failed to stop at an intersection and yield the right of way.
