Colorado Jury Awards $20,948.06 in Left-Turn Collision

On November 26, 2012, a truck collided with a car in Colorado. The car driver, as plaintiff, contended that the truck driver, as defendant, negligently failed to yield the right-of-way during a left turn, causing the collision and forcing the truck into another vehicle. The plaintiff asserted extensive property damage and physical injuries from the incident.
